This is the First Official mix tape from T-Real. Began work on it in the winter of 2012. Featuring appearances by Tommy C, Sunwun, Niella D, Machete King, StreetCobblah, Ms. Fystee, Fran Daddy, & The Singa Boyz. T-Real has often said, compared to his earlier work, Perfect Insanity is his best work to date. "The quality of the lyricism, the beats, The features, the over all production.. I feel this is the perfect T-Real record when you compare them to my earlier work. Those projects, in my eyes, are exercises. Projects to help me get better at my craft, my art and to get me to this point right here." But don't think it ends here! "I know in my heart i can do better then this project here. I'm very, VERY proud of this mix tape.. let's be clear on that. But i know i can do better and i will always keep working on my art and working to always take each project to the next level and out do it's predecessor. My goal is always been breaking through that glass ceiling and being respected for my work."
